Saddle Up only stores what the service needs to work. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.
What we store on your device
- Sign-in session — keeps you signed in as you move between pages and expires when you sign out. Strictly necessary.
- Display settings — your light or dark theme choice and the compact or roomy diary view, so the app looks the same next time. Strictly necessary for preferences.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no third-party analytics that follow you across other websites. Error and usage records the app keeps are tied to your account, not to a tracking cookie.
Managing it
You can clear this at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing the sign-in session will simply sign you out. Blocking it entirely means you cannot sign in.
